IT Support for your business network

IT support for computer networks is at the heart of our business, we have been supporting Essex businesses for 11 years, originally from our offices in Woodford. Our IT support services cover everything you would expect from your servers, PC's and printers to firewalls and software.

We have various support packages available from a simple pay as you go agreement to a full network maintenance agreement with unlimited cover and a very flexible package where we can fix the hours and costs to your exact requirements.

Our focus when providing IT support is to 'make the complex simple', we do this by talking to you in your language, not ours. We give you the simplest solutions to your IT challenges, not the ones that always make us the most money, we will never engineer a solution for a client that goes beyond what they really need.

Network Maintenance Cover

A network maintenance contract gives you complete cover for system malfunction or breakdown. For a fixed monthly fee you get unlimited remote and onsite support with no call out charges. Also included is advanced server monitoring to alert us to problems before they can develop. The service is delivered through remote access and on site engineer visits. We have a 4 and 8 hour service level agreement depending on the severity of the problem

The costs are based on the number of servers and workstations you have, as an example if you had 1 server and 10 workstation the cost would be around £300 per month

Pre Paid Maintenance Cover

Prepaid maintenance gives you access to our technicians for any IT issues that you may have. Any type of issue can be covered with prepaid maintenance including installations, upgrades, software configuration, support and training. You can decide what IT issues you want to handle yourselves and what issues to raise with us. For example most desktop issues could be handled in-house and only if you have a server issue would you call us, it’s your choice.

The average hourly rate for pre paid maintenance is £65 plus vat but the more hours you buy the cheaper they become

Pay As You Go Maintenance

This is a simple maintenance agreement whereby we provide technical services to you on an hour by hour basis. Pay as you go can be used for support issues, installations, training or any other IT related issue. Costs are typically high for this service and is generally used for one off installations, second line specialist support or holiday cover if your in house IT support staff are un available.
